1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we go global!
2. What delivery options do you offer?
We provide standard delivery (£3.99) and free shipping on orders over £40. Please check the shipping terms for more details!
3. When will my order be sent?
In-Stock Items: We aim to process your in-stock order within 1-2 days. All orders are shipped via Evri Standard Delivery / Royal Mail Tracked 48 Standard Delivery, which typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Preorders: The usual arrival period for orders in the UK is 7-14 business days from the cut-off date stated on the website when you place the order. We will ship your order only when all items are ready. If you'd like us to ship in-stock items first, please contact Instagram customer service. Otherwise, we will proceed with shipping when everything is available. Once items arrive in the UK, they will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
4. Are your sizes Korean or UK?
Our items follow Korean sizing but are designed for a relaxed, versatile fit. Always check the ‘Size Chart’ tab on each product page!
5. Where is the product sourced from?
Every piece is sourced from South Korea. We partner exclusively with Korea-based suppliers to ensure top quality. Almost all of the items are designed and made in Korea, though some may be designed in South Korea yet manufactured in Japan and China. Please check the origin details on each product page.
6. What if my item is out of stock after payment?
All items in the In-Stock Collection are available for immediate dispatch. However, in rare cases, there may be an unexpected shortage of exclusive preorder items. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately via your order confirmation email and issue a full refund for the affected item.
*Important Note!!* If an item from our Korean brands is out of stock, we will process a refund for that specific item. Please note that if the total order amount falls below the threshold for free shipping after the refund, the customer may need to cover the shipping cost. We only refund the amount for the unavailable item — Entire orders cannot be cancelled just because one item is out of stock.
7. What is the process for preorder items?
The usual arrival period is 7-14 business days to the UK warehouse (counting from the cut-off day stated) as production/logistics from Korea may experience significant delays. After arrival, items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We appreciate your understanding!
8. Can I return, refund, or exchange my item?
Yes, you have a 14-day window to return or exchange in-stock products after receiving them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Generally, preordered items are not eligible for refunds. However, if the pre-ordered item is faulty then a refund is applicable. Please read our return policy for details.
