Refund policy
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your original order is delivered.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- If you choose to exchange an item, the replacement item is not eligible for any further exchanges or refunds, unless it is faulty, incorrect, or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.
- An exchange does not restart or extend the 14-day return period or any applicable statutory cancellation period.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please request through website or contact us via Instagram Direct Message at @mushii_uk or by email at mushiishopuk@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
