To measure your wrist for a bracelet using paper, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet. Mark the point where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. This measurement is your wrist size and can be used to choose the correct bracelet size.
